Welcome to the Tucson Defense Bar!

The Tucson Defense Bar is a non-profit association of Tucson lawyers that practice primarily in defense of civil claims. TDB members work in a wide array of settings, including large firms, solo practice, in-house counsel, and governmental agencies. TDB members have experience in practice areas including general liability, auto and premises liability, environmental and toxic torts, policy coverage, medical malpractice, product liability, commercial litigation, employment and business law, municipal and governmental law, and workers’ compensation.

The mission of the Tucson Defense Bar is to provide a social and professional networking hub for lawyers working on civil defense matters in Southern Arizona.

To this end, TDB hosts numerous Continuing Legal Education programs and meetings, a bi-annual CLE/social meeting in San Diego, and other networking functions presented in conjunction with the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel. TDB also serves as a valuable referral resource for individuals and entities in need of experienced counsel in Tucson and Southern Arizona.
