Dev Sethi, a partner at Kinerk, Schmidt & Sethi, PLLC, is one of the most experienced and successful lawyers in town in the area of plaintiff’s products liability litigation and personal injury. He has represented plaintiffs in product liability suits against the nation’s largest corporations including General Motors, Ford, Pentair Pools and Invacare. Prior to joining the firm, however, Dev worked as a defense lawyer representing insurance companies and other corporations.
